The Calgary Collection is a member of the Ukrainian Museum of Canada with the main collection centered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  The Calgary Collection strives to acquire, preserve, study and interpret, representative artifacts which depict the Ukrainian heritage and their contribution to Canada.  Calgary’s Collection has a focus on the Ukrainian Canadian pioneer experience. 

Irreplaceable artifacts such as clothing, pottery, tools, photographs and other treasures of the first, second and third waves of Ukrainian immigrants are housed in this museum. Textiles, including shirts, weavings and embroidery make up a large part of our collection. In addition there are many pysanky, religious items, examples of specialty Breads and a focus on the Ukrainian Canadian pioneer experience.
